Folkert de Jong, 'Gott Mitt Uns'

De Jong's life-sized sculptural figures, made of Styrofoam, polyurethane foam and silicone rubber have attracted widespread critical attention, in part for their grotesqueness and in part for the artist's choice of historical and cultural references.
